Report a problem

Include the page address, your browser and device, what you tried and the exact error message. For a file issue, tell us the file type and approximate size. If you attach a screenshot, hide your contact details and any confidential information first.

You do not need to send your CV for an initial support request. Keep an editable backup before clearing browser data or troubleshooting a saved draft.

Privacy and corrections

For a privacy request, use the subject “Privacy request”. For an inaccurate article or broken link, include the page and what needs correcting. We will use your message to handle your enquiry as explained in our privacy policy.

Quick answers

All current templates and PDF exports are free. Saved drafts are specific to your browser; they do not transfer automatically to another device. The ATS score is guidance and cannot predict a hiring decision. Translation and job sources depend on external services and may have usage limits.

Optional analytics settings

Analytics is off. If you opt in, Google Analytics receives fixed tool-use events and ordinary connection data. We do not send CV text, filenames, scores, search terms or URL queries in these events. This choice is separate from CV autosave and advertising consent.
