Editorial policy

Practical guidance should make its evidence and limits clear.

Product claims and examples

Descriptions of the builder and other tools should match their current behavior. We do not use invented reviews, ratings, recruiter certifications or user counters. Example CVs and achievement bullets are fictional writing prompts, not claims about a customer or the person reading them.

Replace every sample name, result, qualification and number with your own truthful information. We do not recommend adding unsupported claims to improve a checklist score.

Drafts and human review

The new template and country guides are assisted editorial drafts and need human review before they should be treated as reviewed advice. Country guidance also needs a local expert to check terminology and conventions. A draft label does not represent professional, recruiter or legal approval.

Reviewer and article author: Fahad Khan. Article pages show their original publication date and latest update date.

Sources and corrections

Use employer instructions first. Regional conventions vary by industry and role. Country drafts link to public career guidance and distinguish general editorial suggestions from universal requirements.

Send a correction to info@bestcvtool.com, or use the contact page. Include the page URL, the statement in question and a source or reproducible example. Material corrections should update the visible modification date.

Optional analytics settings

Analytics is off. If you opt in, Google Analytics receives fixed tool-use events and ordinary connection data. We do not send CV text, filenames, scores, search terms or URL queries in these events. This choice is separate from CV autosave and advertising consent.
