Terms of use

The service

Best CV Tool is provided by Muhammad Fahad Khan (Fahaddeartist), whose details are in the imprint. Create a CV, customize a free template, run content checks, find matching vacancies, translate a CV and download files without registering. No payment or subscription is required for the features currently available.

Your content and files

You retain rights in the information you add. You may use generated CVs and templates for your own job applications. Only upload information or photos you have the right to use. Keep your information accurate, review every result and make your own backups.

The app’s original templates and website remain the property of their respective rights holders. Permission to use templates for your applications does not grant ownership of the website or rights to resell the template collection as a competing product.

Checks, vacancies and translations

Content checks and matching scores are practical guidance, not a certification or hiring prediction. Vacancy information is retrieved from third-party job sources and can change or expire without notice; verify details on the linked employer or job-posting page. Translations can contain errors, especially in names, qualifications and specialist terms. Review every translated document before using it.

Availability and responsible use

Features may change as the tool develops. Local browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable, and the service cannot recover local drafts remotely. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious files. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Future paid services

Premium designs, application bundles and professional reviews are planned, but cannot be purchased in this version. Prices, scope, delivery, cancellation information and applicable additional terms will be provided before a paid order can be made.
